At Nicol Sposa, each gown is handcrafted with attention to detail and artistry. Ensuring a secure and timely delivery of your order is an essential part of our service to you.

Worldwide Shipping

  • Nicol Sposa offers worldwide shipping through DHL Express, providing a fast, secure, and reliable delivery experience wherever you are.

  • All shipping costs are fully covered by Nicol Sposa.

  • Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the client. These charges vary depending on the laws of the destination country.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Production and delivery timeframes vary based on the nature of the item:

  • Evening Dresses: Production time is estimated between 5 to 15 days, depending on complexity and material availability.

  • Bridal Dresses: Production time is estimated between 1 to 3 months, depending on the gown’s complexity, selected materials, and current atelier schedule.

Delivery Time (After Production): All items are shipped via DHL Express with an estimated delivery window of 3 to 7 business days, excluding any potential customs delays.

We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date to ensure ample time for fittings, alterations (if needed), and delivery.

Delivery Options

You may select your preferred delivery method at the time of checkout:

  • Home or Private Address Delivery: Your gown will be delivered directly to your specified address.

  • DHL Pickup Point: You may opt to collect your gown at your nearest DHL location.

A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, DHL will make additional delivery attempts and/or contact you directly to coordinate a successful handoff.
