At Nicol Sposa, your satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully read the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Window

You have 3 calendar day from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return

Non-Returnable Items
Each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted with delicate materials, and we dedicate countless hours to perfecting every detail to ensure a truly special dress and because of this custom made dresses that can not be returned are:

Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible).

Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Order Confirmation & Finalization
Before your gown enters production, you will receive a Final Order Confirmation Document which includes:

Final sketch and approved design

Selected fabrics, stones, pearls, or accessories

Exact measurements

Delivery date and completion deadline
Once you confirm the final details and make your first payment, please note the following:

The first payment is non-refundable. It serves as a reservation fee to secure your fabric, accessories, and dedicated atelier time.

If you wish to make additional changes after this confirmation (e.g., change of design, fabric, stones, accessories, or sizing), Nicol Sposa will assess the feasibility of accommodating those changes:

If changes are possible without disrupting production or incurring extra cost, they will be applied without charge.

If changes require additional time, materials, or labor, an additional fee will apply. You will be informed beforehand and must approve the fee before work continues.

Important Note on Custom Orders
Once your sizing, fabric, embellishment selections, and order deadline have been approved and the first payment is received, that payment is:

Non-refundable

Held as credit in case of event rescheduling or future needs
This policy is due to the production preparations made immediately upon confirmation (materials ordered, time reserved, labor scheduled).
